Party Booking Terms and Conditions

Adult Private Parties

Private parties can be held any day based on availability. Parties on Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening can be booked with a guaranteed minimum of 10 people. All other dates and times would require a minimum of 5 painters. You may choose from any painting we have in our gallery, or we can work with you to create a new painting for your party. Group rates for adult parties are $25 per painter.

Kids Private Parties

Parties for kids may be booked any day or time except Thursday, Friday, or Saturday evenings There is a minimum of 5 painters. You may choose from any painting we have in our family gallery, or we can work with you to create a new painting for your party. Kids parties take two hours, around one hour to paint and the rest of the time for cake/food and gifts, or meeting time if you are with a special group. Group rates for kids parties are $15 per painter.

*All painting will begin no later than 15 minutes past the start time of the booked party.
